In 3–6 months, the time will be gone. The question is what you did with it
Hey —
This is my first newsletter.
I posted this recently, and it’s been stuck in my head ever since:
“You have to realize, your time passes anyway.
Whether you work on your goals or not.
Whether you solve your problems or not.
In 3 to 6 months, in 1 to 3 years, in a decade —
your time will have passed regardlessly.
The only question is: will you look back and wish you had started today?
Don’t let the fear of a long journey stop you from taking the first step.
Your time will pass either way.”
That’s the whole point.
You don’t need a perfect plan. You don’t need motivation. You don’t need a “fresh start” on Monday.
You need one honest first step today.
If you want, hit reply and tell me what you’re starting (one sentence is enough).
Sebastian
P.S. If you’re new here: I write about getting in shape after 40, building discipline, and fixing the parts of life most people avoid — fitness, money, and time.
